Migrate with parents on skilled migrant visa till get PR

These days am worried about as i want to migrate to canada with my 50 yrs old mom and my dad whose 65 yrs old as they both dependent on me and no one is there to take care of them except me.so Kindly anyone tell me any way so that i can take my parents with me on immediate basis after getting skilled migrant visa..

No, the can't be included in the application.  For you to sponsor them, you have to reside in Canada and earn the LICO from Canadian sources in the year before you apply.  The processing for parents is 30 months in Canada and then the processing time at  the overseas office.  There is only one solution if you don't want to leave them alone.
