Greetings from Singapore!

I'm a Malaysian and have been working in Singapore since 1998 and I'm holding a Singapore PR.
I have plans to settle down in Canada and was wondering if i would need to go through the application of skilled workers if i intend to apply for a Canada PR?
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.
I did went through that link sometime back but was just wondering if there's a direct conversion for a Singapore PR to Canada PR...something like the US H1B visa program.
Thanks.
