Dear Penpal,
What i understood from your query is that you never submitted Tanzanian PCC. If such is the case and if it is difficult to obtain it in given time frame then you need to send a signed declaration to CHC London. The declaration must point out 2 issues;
1- That you tried your level best (with proofs) to obtain the Tanzania PCC, but the application is with the authorities and still pending.
2- That you were never convicted of any crime or offense in Tanzania (blah Blah)

The declaration must be clear and supportive.

Hope this will solve your problem.

These cases come up most of the times and accordingly i've replied to your query. Embassies such as Russian also takes upto 5 months to issue a PCC, so applicants write it to the CHC.

I don't think it will increase any rejection chances on your file, otherwise they wouln't have asked you for medical at the first place.

Surean,
There are two assessments usually made;
The first one is when you send your initial application, the score is recorded as per the information you provide.
The second when full documents is sent. The new score is recorded to match your actual score.

The CHC start processing after you send the initial application and when they formally afterward ask you for full documentation.

Rizwanyounes,
Your medical condition is not a ground of rejection, so don't worry and apply.

Just mention this condition in cover letter of your application, when they ask you to submit complete documents.

Dear Rizwanyounes,
Your question is not very clear but here goes the answer.
You can not send medicals unless CHC request you to do so.
You should not send Complete documents unless CHC request you to do so.

The first thing you get from them is AOR of your initial application and fee. They'll later ask you for complete documents after that if no additional document proof is required they'll ask you for interview. If interview is waived (which is mostly) then they'll ask you for medicals and finally for passports.

You should not send to them anything without CHC sending you request for.

Hope this clarifies.
