We filed an application on 15th July 2009 at Nova Scotia. Any approximate idea, when we will be getting AOR or File No or Acknowledgement ?
Anybody who filed application during Mid july 2009, if you have received any update yet ?

According to the current processing time at the CIO it takes up to 10 weeks from the date of starting processing your application, so expect their response at October, 15, 2009. Good luck. |

i filed in mid july as well.. i think its a long way to go..going by other posts in the forum, it will take not less than 2 months for us to expect a response..my draft isnt encashed yet.

I agree with all of u.. It will definitely take time. As I have been looking for trackit, this forum's other posts, still NS office has not responded mid june cases.

Guys - I need an advice on PCC front.
As you know still I haven't got AOR of initial application filed on 9th july.
Should I proceed to get my PCC from USA (FBI clearance record) as I have stayed in US for around 3 yrs. Or I should wait on file no with requirement letter from CHC ?
Pls advice. As, for getting FBI clearance I would need to fingerprinted at one of Delhi fingerprint agency and send that fingerprint card to FBI and then they will send me FBI clearance record. This will take enough amount of time..

By observing timelines, my experience is that you will be getting the reponse after 60 days. So i suggest you should start the process in sept start for your PCC. |

Not yet.. I saw forum.. somone whose file was received by CHC IO on 6th July still they haven't got their AOR.. so still we can expect ours in next 2-3 weeks more..
