Thanks for your comments. No, i haven't submit my appointment letter from the application.
I don't think so they are interested about the source of the money! I think they want to make sure about my job. I am thinking to reply them as follows with the following documents:

1. my original appointment letter showing the salary+allowance etc...
2. A letter from the office showing the salary amount was directly sent to the bank account XXXXX and also mentioning that this salary is below taxable amount according to Bangladesh law (Act:XXXX)
3. An extract from the bank from the start of my job where it can be found each month my salary was getting in.
Please let me know how you think?

then ok...it means u didnt submit your appointment letter before.so they are asking this time...there are some examples esp in NDVO where they asked for proof that from where they get their balance/money...NDVO usually ask to submit passport and PRPF together with MR..bt this is not the case in SGVO...best of luck for ur application and Medicals..

If he ie FSW-1 then why have arranged employment offer? Am I right?
