well mate i inquired them 3 weeks before and they did not respond. now the reason which is see is that application processing times have changed. For pakistan its 37 months and for london visa office its 29 months. The question is if they have shifted our files from pakistan to london visa office which they did on 30th june 2010, then they will respond to the case specific inquiry if ur time has exceeded after submitting complete application package. They will answer your question only if your average processing time has been exceeded or if there is a problem. Otherwise, you should assume that your file is proceeding normally.

I think time period of 29 months for LVO will applies from the time you submitted your documents to London. So they have to finalize your case before 29 months are over, unless there is an exception. So any prejune & post june applicant should look at the same timeline but then we have people from 2011 getting their visas within 18 months. So i hope things will be better and move quicker now.

well mate as in my case i submitted my documents in jan 2010 and the documents were shifted to the LVO on 30june 2010. Now on 30th june 2012 it has would be exactly 29 months since i submitted my complete application package. They have not responed to my inquiry since now. i inquired them 1month back. Their maximum time to response an inquiry is 28 days. I also assume that that the time period of 29months for LVO applies when our files were transferred to LVO on 30th  june 2010 not jan 2010.
