75 days!? Yikes Ya they just updated processing times today. It said jan 25 and 55 days for 3 weeks but jan 15 people still didn't have approval. Now a couple jan 18 people got approvals. Processing times were adjusted and they're working on jan 18 applications and it takes 75 days for approval. Although some in January are waiting longer than that. It used to be 30 days! |

I´m pretty sure the time for sponsorship approval is sepearte from the 13 months or whatever it is for mexico now. So you have to add the 2 steps together to get the whole waiting time. But from what I have read here, usually in Mexico most people wait a lot less than 13 months after sponosrship approval. I hope it´s true! We are planning on settling in Calgary. Anyone else going to Calgary? I know there are lots of latinos there, not sure how many mexican. There are few mexican restaurants and I know of one store where they sell mexican ingredients. I will sure miss tacos al pastor when I go back to canada though!! |

mmmm tacos al pastor.. Nessa, you are making me hungry, lol! Where we lived in Mexico there was there was this popular taco place that had THE BEST tacos al pastor I have ever tried, and I have tired a lot LOL!! Just found out in Toronto there is a Tortilleria We are gunna try and go there over the weekend! |

The spreadsheets automatically calculate how many days the application has been in process and how many days it took to get sponsorship etc - were you able to figure out those codes? I think you can probably copy paste them from the January spreadsheet. |
