Yes, but not with your initial application.

so i guess they dont need it now with the application

She's gonna need 2 kinds of police certificates, state and national police certificates. You need to send the state police certificates with the initial application, those she can get easily.

The national police certificate she can only get with a letter asking for it from the canadian embassy in Mexico city, so those are the ones they're talking about when they say "not with your initial application".

The medicals can be sent later, but it's supposed to speed up the process if it's sent with the initial application. Actually, anything can be sent later, it's just that if it's not included the application will take longer.

im in montreal, do i need special document to send it to quebec
if yes where is it , and when should i send it is it after the main application or before

and is the address the one in toronto to send the documents thanks

What address in Toronto? You're supposed to send everything to Mississauga, ON IF she's going to apply while living in Mexico; otherwise if you two plan to live together on the duration of the application, you can apply as "inland" and send it to Vegreville, AB.

Applications processed inland take way way longer since well, the assumption for these applications is "reuniting" families, and inland you're already living under the same roof (supposedly).

soo happy i receivied the email today asking for my passport too.  that was faster than we thougth . anyways we have plans to stay in mexico the rest of the year. i hope everybody receive goods news pretty soon .

approved june 22nd
received aor july 13th
police certificates request july 27th
send documents september 29th
passport request october 28th

okay she did state police certificates and its expired after 1 month,, so i hope they dont say send another one 
about the medical i will wait until they ask her do the medical

They're expired after a month in Mexico, CIC will take them at worst 3 months old ending at the date of submission. Plus, they're super cheap just get a new one if you're worried about it.

Passport yes, they will request it when the papers are approved.

If she goes to the doctor, he's got the forms you need.

If you two wait for the immigration office to ask for the medical exam, she will be sent form IMM1017

If she's gonna be processed in Mexico city (outland), then write "Mexico city"

If inland, "Vegreville". From what I can tell you want it in "Mexico city"

so in my situation is it called in land or outland
and should i put canadian embassy in mexico or just mexico city
