yes, this is difficult because your duties do not match well with the job title "merchandiser" as described in the NOC.

merchandiser
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=6&val1=6222&val11=merchandiser&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

Unfortunately, your duties sound closer to that of a stock clerk and/or part of a sales job, neither of which are classified as "skilled".

retail stock clerk
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=6&val1=6622&val11=retail+stock&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

retail sales
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=6&val1=6421&val11=retail&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

Oh thanks, what i keep finding is that comleting planograms, training new staff etc is part of a skill job, and i do this as a merchandiser,  just wondering if there is another title etc where my duties match those of a skill job?

It would be very different if you were a supervisor/manager.
