Medicine in canada

i am from egypt,18 yrs,in the second year in the faculty of medicine,i want complete my study in canada<
i donot know the way i should walk.

i m Basim Rashid Meerza , from iraq and now i live in Germany , i m agraduates of college of medicine in one of the colleges in iraq since 2001-2002. and i practiced in Iraq for about 4.5 years mainly in the faculty of surgery . but now i live in germany and i would like to complete my postgraduates surgical study in Canada..
so i m askinyg about the help how to go to canada and how to get ascholarship there ,...
