Hi All,

I have applied for my Permanent residence in September'2009 from Dubai and from there on my application was submitted to London office in Nov'2009 and it came In process on 15 April'11 and after that I received a mail from the High commission in London stating that my medical Instructions will be send within next few weeks, since then I haven't heard anything at all.Can anyone throw some light or provide me some time frame.That how long does it take for CHC in London to send across the medicals instructions?? and once the medicals are done how long does it take from thereon to get the visa stamped in the passport.

Hello Yogi,

I also applied around the same dates as you, but my in process was shown as March 2011. And I got my medical last week. So hopefully by July/August you should be getting the Medical request here in Dubai. After that I beleive it will take around 4 to 6 months before they request your passport for stamping.

Congrats Zafar  on getting med req.
Please provide full details of your timelines, in march when your status become inprocess does the details also changed saying that we started processing your application on date....

RPRF+new forms+new photos+new PCC  request dated 8th March received on 22 March 2012 by TCS, with original
Sent add docs on 3/4/12 rcvd by chc 10/4/12, Med received on 1st May 2012
Medicals done 21st May

Thank you all...
Applied in December 2009. I had sent all documents when I applied. I was quite worried because I did not send original job letters, but sent color copies and that worked! How could I give 10 years of my experience letters knowing I will not get them back.
Feb 17 2010 was sent to London
June 15 2011 Medicals requested. No interview.
My status still says in process, reveiwed by officer.
Lets see what happens next.

the you have already job offer to work in canda?

and u send dull document in dec 09 or feb 10?

and status in process same RBVO?

Feb 17 2010 was sent to London
