it sounds like, they r going to ask for new meds.....but what about PPR---i mean to say, do u know when they send any PPR, do they send any form with our photographs on it?----in that case, it might be that they r going to issue PPR but with most recent photographs? otherwise if they r really going to ask to take new medicals, it will be a terrible move from LDN CHC

Today , I received a letter from London CHC and they requested us to send 2 recent photograph for all !!!
I think they want to issue new medical

well, it  should not.....

but it depends at which stage u r in the application process for the FSW...............

I have a question. I hope someone can answer.

I am Indian citizen living in the UK, I applied for FSW in 2007 and have recently done my medical.
Now I am eligible for UK citizenship - If I apply for the UK citizenship now - I have to surrender my Indian passport.
The question is if this will impact my FSW application (i.e. will this cause any delays).

I want to apply for British citizenship - as I may have to return back to the UK due to some family problems.

I had emailed CIC - but did not get a very helpful answer.

They sent me their special form and tick "2 recent photographs for all". Just this , nothing else and don't explain that they need our photoes for PPR or new Medical !!!
I have to wait , I hope they need for PPR but I don't think so !!!

but if they usually do not attach any photo with the PPR form, then it is 100% sure that they gonna ask for second medical....

No they do not need any photo to attach to PPR form. They need new photo for all applicant to attach to COPR but usually they ask with passports.
They requested 2 recent photos and new PCC from one of my friends and they issued new medical after they received her photoes and PCC for her (LDN) and they mentioned in their letter that they need her photoes to issue new medical !!! 
For myself , they did not mentioned to anything. I think they requested to issue new medical , but I wish my officer have a good sleep tonight and tomorrow will issue my PPR !!! it a dream , isn't it?!!!

no PPR yet, brother......
the update is that my e-cas is still 'In Process' & that's it no movement/ communication from LDN

i am delighted to see that u have landed safely & without any hassle.

I did my Medicals on 23rd of April, Son refrd to Cardio for an innocent murmur, done that on 14th June(evrythng ok), Report submitted 16th June. Since then surfing the Froums.

hii guys

  actually my file is in London chc and my file is family class sponsorship. my wife sponsor me i was on student visa in lodnon but right now i am in india because my student visa expired already.my file for pr was refused while i was in london on "Marriage is not real".

    now we won appeal and my file back to london chc now anyone can help me how long it will take for them to open file? will they send me again pcc,update imm forms and medical again?

  thnks if anyone can help me regarding this.
