I was asked by email whether I want to proceed with PPR or redo the medical as my medical will be expired in March. Of course I chose to proceed . I already sent my passprt and other doc. finger crossed....

I live in AD, will the passport be sent to the embassy? or directly to me via courier?

Thank you and wish you luck

Cheesy

Congrats dear.. the PP will be sent to embassy first , and later embassy will pass it on to you through ARAMEX.

Cheers..

Hi All,
I sent my second medical in Sept 2011..
I understand this "routine background checks" could be anything regarding my education , police reports and job experience right?
but my question is if that takes infinite time to reach the visa office does that mean I have to wait forever? could anyone share their experience please.
Thank you in advance
Riz
I share the same time line; I also did my medicals last September and still waiting for PPR. I believe that LVO is a bit slow. I believe also that some nationalities are subjected to more intense security check.

Dear All,
With the help of Almighty I received the email last Thursday from the London Consulate to submit the passport for the visa. All praise to Almighty!!! Smiley

Hoping to take the passport by hand to the consulate.

Once I complete my first landing I will share my experience with you.

Thank you everyone in the forum for their continues support and sharing the experience with everyone.
