Hello RAAN,

Have you ordered CAIPS before? If not, I suggest you take one. If you cannot access your e cas despite entering all the needed information accurately, there could be a possibility that personal information entered into your file were entered wrongly by CHC. You will see if all your personal informations are entered accurately in your CAIPS. Take it, so if there are mistakes, correction can be done ASAP. Regards.

few guys who have send their meds in Sep 2010 and more guys who send on Oct 2010 are waiting for PPR. so u can understand approx whn u can expect ur PPR. if Chc move normally - u have to receive ur PPR after 120 days from the day CHC received ur meds results.

today i got stupid reply from CHC london in response to my Case specific inqury that they didn't recieved my updated PCC i don't know what should i do to them as its really frustrating know, i already provide them signature proof plus tracking no of the parcel and i don't know why the hack they making such a lame excuse or they really don't know to give us PPR,

In response to your most recent email, the Tracking no for the courier by which i have send you my PCC and Background declaration form1 from Pakistan is : 50094891 (http://www.tcscouriers.com/) and UK PCC have been recieved to your chc with the following tracking no : AH51027242gb (www.royalmail.com) hope you'll find the documents with this tracking no's and signing names and i'm also attaching the signature proof of this recieving from the Courier website hope you'll look into this matter as this is already delayed my case alot. thanks for your help

This had happened to me too. After 1 year from the day my e cas status changed to in process, they asked for my spouse's bachelor's degree certificate and transcript of records, documents which I submitted to them more than a year earlier. They were part of the supporting documents which I submitted that was told to submit within 120 days. They checked it, found it complete, no missing documents at that time that was why they changed my e cas to "in process". And then 1 year after tha,t they told me that these documents are not found in my file. What can I do? Nothing, but to comply, so I sent to them my spouse's original TOR and bachelor's degree certificate + notarized photocopies of these. After 3 months i asked them to return the original copies which they did.

If they say they are not in the file, there is nothing we can do but to submit them again. This time send them original copies and notarized photocopies.
