Hi all

I`m waiting for PPR

put the situation in YEMEN (my country ) is not stable

the courier service (DHL , FEDEX , ARAMEX ) from Yemen to U.K is still blocked .

so , I want to be prepared for PPR .

I will send my PP , photos and the regular doc. requested with PPR with my brother in law to KSA , and from there he will send it to one of my friends in U.K

so my questions are

1- is sending PP from KSA to persons in U.K  (NOT to  Canadian high commission) legal and allowed (I`m not resident in KSA )?
2- can any one give me form for authorizing letter to receive the PP?

thank you in advance

Hi Anwar

the plan to send PP is fine. so if ur Brother-I-L is sending the PP to ur friend in UK and if he is the one submitting personally - things are cool. then ur friend can collect it back and send to u or ur BIL in his name - so no need of any authorisation letter.

Good luck always Buddy  Cheesy

Brothers,

Alhamdullah, I just got a letter asking me to submit Medics and RPR fees. Would you please clarify the following points for me

1- Do I send the RPR fees separately or shall I give it to the physicians so he can send them together to the visa office?
2- Do I include the letter that I just got with the Medical or with the fees?
3- How do I send the fees? nothing is written in the letter? I am really confused.

Thank you always for your help.

Hi , Congrats for getting your medical !!

Well, you will have to send the draft yourself to the VO. You cannot add it with the medical results.

Dispatch the draft to your VO by just preparing a covering letter and do mention your FILE NUMBER and NAME, and Date of Birth on the back of the draft.

Cheers..

C O N G R A T S  Buddy  Cheesy Cheesy

So now CHC has started to send Meds - a very good news Cheesy. plzz post whn was ur 2nd AOR date, it helps others

U need to send RPRF seperate, take a draft in the name RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA for CAD 490 and put ur name , file number and Covering letter to send (No need to include the letter u received from CHC)

u need to take only the paper having ur picture to the Dr/Clinic

Good luck buddy

thank`s Biju for ur answers

but I think that authorization letter is mandatory as they say

If you would like someone else to collect your passport(s) and visa(s), that person must present:
the receipt that was issued to you,
a signed letter from you authorizing them to collect your passport(s), and
one piece of government-issued identification that includes their name and photograph.

thank`s

Ya Anwar, if you are not going to collect passports yourself then authorisation letter from you is a MUST.

ahmadtajwer, yes you are right. My file was sent to Ottowa. You have received your PPR. What you think about mine as both of our cases seems to be same timeframe. Thanks.

Likhon, it could be any time, there are few applicants who had their meds done in early Sept are still waiting but Ottawa are fast issuing PPRs so watch out for the space.
