Is there really a need to declare to the courier companies that you are sending your passport? Why cant we just put it in a sealed envelope and just declare that documents are in the envelope without mentioning that passport is inside? I'm in KSA too, I have sent documents twice through ARAMEX, but had the documents put in a sealed envelope before I went to their office. They did not even ask me what are inside my sealed envelope.

Dropping the passports at London CHC personally though is the best option available.

where r u and how u going to send ur passports?

if u r in london u can send them in person it will take two weeks

but if u out of uk u will be able to send them by courier and do not missed the complete requirments because u do not have enough time as I had.

Report it to police, when you get crime reference number, apply for passports with your high local high comission, once you get passports sorted, update CHC London on that.
