wht was the request latter date? and how many days thy gave u to submit? like 45,60,90 etc  if u tell tht we can calculate approx whn thy might send PPR.

They requested me to submit the updated PCC and Schedule 1 within 45 days.

Hey guys after sending an email enquiry to chc london about our medicals that would expire next month and the arrival of our new baby who is a week old this is the reply we got:

Noted.  Thank you.  Please submit the following for your new baby:
 
-birth certificate which must show both parents
-photos x 2
-processing fee C$150
-updated IMM8
 
Upon receipt we will issue medical instructions.
 
The High Commission
 
Now we are a bit confussed, there are 3 IMM8 forms, 2 of which has to be filled by the principal applicant and 1 by both the principal applicant and common law partner and any dependant over 18. Which one do we fill? (Note it says submit for your new baby.)

NB baby has no passport yet, so we cant put down a passport number for her in the forms.

i am in the same boat as u......no PPR but my Medical is expiring next month as well...

about the forms, did not they put any instruction in the e-mail as to what forms to fill in?

Hi Cherie,
            You need to send along the following forms filled up again.

1.Application for permanent residence in Canada- IMM0008 since family member has increased.
2.Additional Family Information - Imm5406 - since REFER section B new born to be included.
3.Schedule3 Economic Classes- Federal skilled workers- IMM0008 schedule 3 SINCE refer point 10 u have to increase your funds.
It is very important for u to refer ur earlier sent forms and re-write as any major change can create problems or unwanted delays.
Also send a latest POF along with all these forms since they will request again as family member has increased.
Or else when u get ur medicals or even after that they will ask POF again and thus ur processing time will increase.

                          DID u order CAIPS as I suggested earlier? You r nearing a re-medicals stage. If u had ordered CAIPS u could get some insight as to where ur case is proceeding.

It just says form imm8. we think it might be the generic form. and it says submit for your baby.

sorry for the delayed response buddy

in ur case i think u wil get ur PPR between march last week and April 20th.

(but buddy very few guys are getting PPR after 20-25 days of submitting the required PCC. )

Thanks for your reply. I like that you are optimistic. I received the PCC request via email on 14 Feb 2011. I already forwarded the updated documents and they received them on 23 Feb 2011. What are your expectations Boss?

I'm sure you are right Shibuya; we all aware of his valuable contribution to this forum. but I haven't got his expectation yet!!! Let him first post his expectation, and then we will consider it as a measure for the accuracy.
