'MEDICALS SENT'-------London CHC------Waiting for Next Stage (probably PPR)

no, i am in UK & getting rotten in a very bad company where employees get exploited every second.

thnx for giving me inspiration. hope u get urs asap. by the way why u think that i will get PPR within 2-3 weeks?

Bcoz i have observed that all other nationalities are getting it in 1 to 1.5 months

So u will also get it in same time
Actually from Bangladesh there are not large number of applications
so they easily check ur background from there
but for pakistan there r huge aplications
if u r female then more quickly it will be done even though if u r male above time which i have told u, people r getting more than 90% so u wil also be.

Well Medicals were offically sent on Friday. Only thing is a letter from a consultant about my son put on my maiden name as his surname so they may query that. DMP says it's about a 5 week wait now.
I presume our interview has been waived.

i did my medical on 15th.my medical documents reached london on 23rd.there is no change in status either.waiting for the ppr......

                I need a few answers buddy. My status is In Process from 26th April 2010. By when i can get medical request from London CHC. Next do they send a email that medical papers are sent across. Is it by ordinary or registered post.
Most important my wife is 5 months pregnant and due date is 3rd week of Sept. What should i do if medical request comes before this.

You may get it any time from now. I am sure it is in mail. I got mine after three days of changing the status to 'in process'.

sorry for late reply as i was busy with work.

nice to c that ur e-cas is now in 'in process'---a very good sign.

let me answer ur 2nd question first. 1st of all many congratulation to u & ur wife.
-if ur wife's pregnant & u know the probable delivery date (like u know it's 3rd week of September), please let London CHC know by sending them case specific enquiry (u can also send them a registered letter notifying about the pregnancy alongside the case specific enquiry, to be on the safe side).
-after ur notification they will hold any medical request for u & ur wife + send u papers to add the new born baby & also will ask for additional payments for the baby (of course u will need the baby's birth certificate & passport to add in ur application). now, i don't know when they will send these additional papers----is it as soon as u inform them about the probable delivery date or is it after they r finished with ur paper screeing like educational qualification check, employment verification, i am not sure. but my guess is as soon as u inform them.
-after u send the addition forms for the baby, london CHC will send u medical request, may be in Novemeber if by then they r done with ur paper screening & other checks like employment verification, etc.
-i hope, i was clear

now,ur first question. as any medical request will be on hold for at least up to end of Sepetmber or at least until u send the paperworks to London CHC for adding the new baby, i think we should not talk about med. request until 1st week of November.

I just read your message and decide to register, your case is similar to my case,

Pakistani passport, Dubai residence, Complete UK educated from college to university, previously visited to Canada and America with Multiple visas,

Initial process start in April 2008 CHC LONDON, Submitted original police reports from UK, GERMANY, PAKISTAN AND UAE along with all the necessary documents. (so background check is not needed)
File Number July 2008

Arrange employment added August 2008

First Response May 2009 for further documents,
submitted June 2009,

Always same reply from CHC London,its in queue,
interview schedule march 2009 after a long wait,
until today they saying, please allow sufficient time' as there is no time limit,

I have 90 points and I only need 67.

My lawyer tells me, its only because of my Passport,as he is facing delays for similar nationality.

Only Allah knows,

Now I just don't care any more, wasted to much time , effort and money,

it will come automatically , when ever it has to happen it will happen,

what i am thinking myself is :  'nothing is waived & nothing is finished until we get the visa' -----i saw somewhere in the forum that one member got call for interview after request of passport----although it was not from London CHC but i am keeping my fingers crossed.

i sympathise with u, brother. if what u saying is really really true, then Canada is not doing the correct thing by only generalising people based on their religion/ ethnicity.

i disagree with u on ur quote: 'Submitted original police reports from UK, GERMANY, PAKISTAN AND UAE along with all the necessary documents. (so background check is not needed)'----i think CHCs do bakground check on everyone regardless of Police reports submitted.

did u submit ur medicals already?

SHERIN0621, as u didn't mention anything about which month u sent medicals to London CHC, i assumed that u sent it in April, 2010. let us know if it's any different
