Medicals Request on 2nd week of November

My friend had recieved the medical request of 2nd week of November but had not recd in mail, do you know how long does it take to recd in your mailbox; once they had mail you.
and after medicals what is the next step, please any seniors or anyone can help me, so I can help my friend.
