Author Topic: Medicals receieved but no PPR for 9 months now !!!!  (Read 456 times)

Here is my timeline :

We received your application for permanent residence on May 19, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 22, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 8, 2009.

Afterwards I sent them few emails and all i got was :

In response to your enquiry, please be advised that your file is currently undergoing background checks.  We are unable to advise when these will be completed.
 
Please note that we will contact you with further information when we are in a position to do so.


What is wrong with them ? Usually it takes a month after medicals ( they said they hae receieved them) I am so desperate and bored to death.

What is wrong with them ? Usually it takes a month after medicals ( they said they hae receieved them) I am so desperate and bored to death.
CHC London informed you that your file is on hold because of background check. It means you have no other option than waiting. There is no stipulated time limit for BC. Any how you can send a case specific enquiry again after two weeks and see what is the response.
