Do you mean that you did not copy your whole file and all attachments before you sent it?

You need the original receipt whether you are filing inland or outland.  It's a requirement for both applications.  If you've lost it, you could try getting a new one by talking to the DMP who performed the medical but I'm not sure what they can give you.  Call the Call Centre and see what they advise.
