Just did ours at Metrotown, Vancouver, BC
Medical exam costs 150 CAD, X-RAY 40-65 CAD (40 when done in New West lab, 65 if done in Metrotown).
So for an adult its roughly 200CAD. For minors its less.

I did some research and it looks like following office is the cheapest one in Vancouver. They charge $174 total. Just got my appointment in a few days.

Vancouver   Desmond P. Dwyer   750 W. Broadway,

I recommend Dr. Dwyer, they also use FedEx to ship their medicals to Ottawa, though they only ship once every 2 weeks so they won't just ship one file, they'll ship all of the files in two weeks in one shipment

Make sure you take the whole morning off. It took me 4 hours to get everything done in total.

It all depends on your location and where you are going to get it done.
