medicals done

we just had our medical done last october 7 and we already paid the permament residence fee that same day.just want to know how months will it take for the visa to be approved?is there a possibility that visa will not be approved even if medicals and prf was already done?please answer my questions because it is hard to wait for nothing.thank you.

Congrats first. You have crossed major hurdles already. They might need to carry out security checks at this stage. It should not be long if you have not lived in many countries before now.
