Hi there
I am a Canadian living in London and I am sponsoring my British partner in an outland application. I have been approved as his sponsor and the London office is now processing his application. Because of a benign white spot on his x-ray my partner has to have a TB test sample take and it will take a couple of months to incubate and for the results to be sent to the London office. Does anyone know how quickly the London office will process his application once the results are returned? I'm just trying to get a rough estimate of when we might hear about his residency. Thanks.

London is pretty efficient.  Once the medical is sorted, they could turn the file around in about 2-3 months, maybe even less if all the other checks have been completed.
