Hello All
First of all im sorry if i have put this in the wrong thread im new here.

I have a quick question and i wonder if anyone can help me out..

Im am in the process of being sponsored by my comman law partner in canada and i just wanted to know after the medical has been taken do you have to wait for some kind of letter from the goverment of canada before sending my application ? or do you just send the slip you recive saying you have undergone your medical etc with my application

You'll be given a form to include in your app package, by your DMP, at the time of the medical

As MDSB said, the DMP will give you a form at the medical. Its green I think.
You add this to your application package and then send the whole thing off to Mississauga (assuming its an outland application).
You don't have to wait for anything from the government.

Yeah make sure you get this copy. When I did mine they didn't know they were supposed to give me something so if I had not been aware of it I would not have received mine.

i just had my medical. the DMP will instruct you on what to send your sponsor. it's the copy2 (proof of medical examination)
