I am planning to file case this month,

my first question is I have scored 59 points in age, experience ,education and spouse and 10 points for ielts, pls advise me whether i will file case or not.

Ielts score is as: r-5.5, l-6.5, w-5.5, s-6.5  Total 10 points in it.


Secondly pls advise me abt medicals, as i am having height 0f 5'11 inches and weight is 105 kg, i am overweight, but physically ok, can you suggest me, whether this will create problems in medicals or not
or pls advise me some necessary test which i will check with my doctor first. pls pls help me on the same

Hi Anup,

Firstly dont worry about the overweight as long as you know if you do not have any ailment which you are taking medication for and it can burden on canadian economy.

Second question i think what you are trying to explain is you have total 69 points inclusive of ielts, correct me if i am wrong, if yes dont wait if you fit in the category and send the application asap as there are discussion that the list will change, but when no answer as of yet.

So i my view you are good to go.
