My Wife is about to complete her medical here in Canada.Her application will be processed in Paris visa office(from spain She is!) ,so where should the medical results be sent? Ottawa or regional medical center in Paris??Thanks!!

You don't send them anywhere. The DMP will send the results on your behalf. If you have specified that the visa office that you are dealing with is Paris, then they will be sent to the Paris visa office.

Please note that to use the Paris visa office, your wife must either be a French citizen or be legally admitted to France for a period of at least 12 months. If this is the case AND you have listed Paris as your visa office then you have nothing to worry about.

Actually Paris processes the applications from Algeria, Andorra, Azores, Belgium, Canary Islands, France, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland
