I cant answer your query but I believe you can answer some of my questions since you have gone so far in your visa processing. You mentioned that have just paid for permanent residence fee last sept.30, 2008. I recently received my letter of approval from ManitobaPNP. And I do not exactly know how much will I have to pay and how. Please let me know.I find hard time in knowing the details.Thank you so much......

Hi merge, imalso a MPNP nominee. i just sent our passports to Canadian Embassy Manila for Visas stamping. you are asking about bank draft? just go to anybank near you and tell them that you need bank draft or manager's chque (its the same). Bring the amount that you will be paying for the processing fee. Additonal charges is only 50pesos for the bank. then they will issue you the manager's cheque. you will send it to the embassy.

Hope this will help...thanks
