medical survellence

i got my visa(quebec) with medical survl,but as per my present situation i can't stay in ,quebec(montreal) for long time i will have to return india within two months, i am so cofused what i do ? please tell me any solution
 for how much time i will have to stay overthere to complete my med survl process.
 or can i complete it on next visit, when i will stay overthere.
or i shold't come back before cmpleting med survl.
in how much time i will get residency card.

1. Generally the med survl takes 3-5 months. Depends on the clinic.
2. U can leave Canada in between - no Xchecks there.
3. The PRCs come by 45 days, as usual, it is independent of the med survl.
