Those who dealt with Singapore-CIC under family class. How many days (approximate) it took to receive passport request after e-cas had showed "Medical results have been received?"

Thank you.

Hi Maxvol,
I am also looking for the answer. According to the forum discussions, it seems like the next step is passport request (considering that everything went positive). However, the tricky part is, e-cas does not update until the ppr letter is received through regular mail or email.
I am just playing the waiting game and hoping for the best.

I will post updates here as soon as I hear something, you do the same please.

Thanks.

My e0cas show medical received right from the moment they started the process, since then is silence, just keeping waiting......

Hi brother Habib, yours and midnight timeline almost same. I hope you guys get ur visa before Christmas. I just give up checking on ecas cuz they will not update anything until visa is stamped. All I can do is do a Caips request every month. Is requesting for CAIPs notes will affect my application? I do not think so but double checking. Please let me know.

Sponsorship approved on Sep 10-09
Singapore stated processing on Sep28-09
Medical result have been received on Nov02-09
I do not know when the fu.....k they will ask for passport request. I am so freaking  frustrated. I thought at least I get little bit advantage for my application for being a Canadian Citizen. But they do not give a *censored word* at all.

Have passion bro. ....did you receive any response of your email inquiry?

So far my understanding is that CAIPS note does not effect the process. I have already ordered my 2nd one.

Cheers,

no brother habib, they did not reply me and it has been 7 days. I guess they are having good time with their family. I will do my 2nd CAIPS  probably in 3 weeks.

first receive the 1st CAIPS then apply for the 2nd one. Do not apply before the 1st one is available to you.
