Did you put your file No. and your full name & DOB on the title of the email? I did like and they replied quite fast. I put on title of the email "Application Status - File No.: XXXXX - Name:XXX - DOB: XXX" so VO will see the file number right a way. I learned that from immigration firm. Hope this help |

It's the number which is on your medical form starting with EP and followed by 8 numbers. |

And the dmp sent it to ottawa after completing medicals.
Is there any way to get it.

it should come along with AOR and the ME forms. Maybe you can try send an email to buffalo asking if it's possible to get the AN number using the information that you have now.

Where is your AOR? As sinpguy stated, UCI# XXXXXXXX and Application# EPXXXXXXXX are given in AOR. These are also present in Medical Report: Section A (cover page). |
