If this case, I think it's technical issue more than VO has something to do with it. Better call CIC centre to figure out what happen.

ECAS status changed to "desicion made" last night at 11:50pm and i checked my traking number this morning, it shows:

2012/02/01 09:44 FORT ERIE Item accepted at the Post Office


Guess my passport is on its way back!!!

may be they are making space for buffalo applications ( march and april) to be processed in ottawa  to processed them before then then ones applied after them----its wild guess

lots of my friends got email for their file transfer and not to contact CIC for atleast 3 months.

im a december aplicant too and i have been waiting for ppr for almost 14 month and the medical was sent in augest ,,and i want  cathrin s email 2 ,,bcz i think for us that is too much<<<wt country are u from ?

im a citizen of lebanon.....but that doesnt matter ..i have my coworker from Philipines she submited 1 week before mine..still waitin 2....

My file got transferred from Ottawa to Buffalo. I found this out when I contacted Ottawa regarding address change. Are they moving files again to NY? Sad

A friend who had his file tranferred from Ottawa to another office (detroit) was told by CIC that it was done in order to issue to visa. The final step. Seems like it's not too bad. I think Ottawa processes files and issues some visas and send the other files to other offices have visas issued after processing is completed

Some certain nationals may go through extra security checks and hence cause delay. My university lists those countries whose nationals may experience delay in their TRV processing. Though this is a list for TRV, it still can impact PR applications (I guess). See down below of the page: http://www.uwindsor.ca/isc/trv (Please, no offence to any national).

I know of a Dec-2010 applicant who is from one of these countries still waiting for his PPR.
