No it will die at 2012th post, just like we all die in next year 2012 - one year after we become PR. We will apply for Canadian citizenship in the life after-world if there is a country called 'canada' there! |

Congrats to all who got their PPR recently and let me do the honor to write #2012 post.  I was asked to take 3-photographs too in my PPR/RPRF email. But they used only one and game me back the rest. It's nothing important; but one should take multiple copies of photos. |

saka, your turn will come in no time. buffalo is working on march 2011 files now. be prepared with the photos, rprf if you haven`t paid, and start booking landing appointment at your local cic office if you wish to choose this route. some cic offices take almost 2 months. (another route is to become a queue jumper like me :p) i bet you will get PPR by 2012 provided you have cleared all PCCs from your end. with christmas around the corner, it is now a very good time for ppr, wait and see. |

thanks for the nomination lol but im happy (yet struggle) enough with the provincial nomination. by the way, as soon as we all get pr status i think it`s time for us to retire and get back to normal routine. it`s been a long and tough journey for everyone to make this day happen. starting next year the processing time will dramatically decrease - as we have seen from recent trends. visa offices will no longer process files from scratch because CIO will take care of this part - all PNP will get in line at one spot - no more geographical and background preferences. visa offices only make final decisions on complete cases so I foresee a HUGE positive change on every skilled worker category in 2012. topic like this has become a part of life for everyone of us here, but not for the people in the future. we were born `wrong time`, lol |
