From our cases it sounds like that. May be it's a good idea to send the RPRF along with application or atleast before PRR. Again, I might be wrong but I am just guessing from our experiences. I really don't know how Buffalo works. I had seen for an applicant, NY visa office issued PR visa before clearing the Bank Draft. I see, it means the visa issuance will be in process after RPRF is clear from the bank. Some fast and some slow.....

there are lot of situation on other forum where guys got passport back way before they encashed.l cos nobody can cancel bank draft, unless you have original copy which you sent to them.. so they are sure they will get the money.. So sont worry about that... i think truengon got it because he sent to buffalo and he emailed them saying he have to travel.. |

My file was transferred to Seattle office on Oct 01st 2011. after that didn't hear anything from them. I sent an email but they have asked not to contact them until 90 days.
I'm also an unfortunate Oct'10 applicant.
This waiting is killing me. today i saw in another thread their quota for this year is over.Is this true?? how to find about this??
CIC buffalo saying your file is transferred to seattle for expediate the process.but actually that's not true.
Do I have any option except wait?
