Sam !
I didnt put any barcode on my documents

If I were you, I would email one of the managers and request them to check ur file to see if the document is updated.
Thats way you will even find out how far are you from PPR. Also explain them ur position on expiring work permit. I am sure they will do something for u.

I respect your own choices and wish you all the best. However I have some advices for you. Like many of us here, you've been through so much difficulties so I don't want to see you give up easily. All the money and skills invested in Canada, all the hard efforts being away from your loved ones, you shouldn't just give up at the very last step like this!

First: If you are applying for PNP under employer sponsorship, it is very critical to stay employed with that employer and reside in the nominating province until your case is finalized. You will be seen as having abandoned your interest in the nominating province the moment you leave Canada for India - not on a vacation basis - and therefore no longer qualified as a PNP candidate.

Second: When your visa is ready, note that Buffalo will not mail it outside North America continent, which mean they will not send you back your passport with visa to India. If you appoint a recipient in Canada, you will tell Buffalo about your departure from your current employment and the nominating province. And that is not very good in decision making process!

My suggestions:
Do not leave Canada on Dec 15, please continue working. Your case is close to finalization, it is a matter of waiting only a few more weeks from now.  To legalize your status in Canada, mail off an application for work permit renewal along with your PNP certificate and indicate your PR file will soon be finalized, you will get implied status and can continue working in Canada legally. After you mail your WP application get back to your routine and don't even care about the decision on that application because you will likely be receiving PR status before the new Work Permit. In your case, you do not need LMO, as long as the employment is ongoing you are eligible for a work permit. The $150 application fee for WP in this situation may be a waste, but it will cover your butt for the time being. Do not wait until the expired date of your current WP to mail the new application out.

That is the only thing you should do now. I assure PPR is coming soon. If you decide to get in touch with Buffalo Immigration management you can ask Sam for details.

Depending on urgency of the matter, file may be pulled out immediately for review. Since your file is with processing team, response is normally very good.

In your case, if I were a VO I will review and advise you of what steps to take. If VO has received all the required documents, s/he will likely give you a PPR call.

I received PPR the same day they started processing my application, it wouldn't take them long to make that decision if the file is deemed sufficient. The delay is mainly due to long queue in a given category at a certain time, and the strict quota, not the decision making process.

I dont think so!
If they wanted extra documents, they would have done it with their initial request.
I have a feeling that when they normally ask for additional documents, they go check that specific file after certain fixed dates....
lets say they get a snooze after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.....(just my assumption)....
