"Medical Results have been recived" and after how many days you got ppr guys??

Interesting guys!!
Remember that my file transferred to Detroit and they did not send me any notice. So I sent them yesterday afternoon an email an asked that why they did not send me any Notice. So I got the email just several minutes ago!

I put the email below.

In order to expedite the processing of your application, your file has been sent to:
Canadian Consulate General
600 Renaissance Centre, Suite 1100
Detroit, Michigan 48243-1798
fax: 313-567-2125
e-mail: detroit-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
The Canadian Consulate General in Detroit will complete the analysis of your application and determine if a personal interview with a visa officer is required. Your file number remains the same.
The Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo no longer has your file. Therefore we cannot acknowledge or respond to future correspondence from you. Please do not submit any further documents or correspondence to this office. If IELTS or TEF test results are sent to us, they will be forwarded to the Canadian Consulate General in Detroit.


I am wondering whether this is the same email that other guys, that their file has been transferred, received in the past.
The part that worries me is "determine if a personal interview with a visa officer is required. " Do they put it in all transfer email notification or is it just me?

Hey everyone i wanted to share that wid my MR, Buffalo asked for RCMP fingerprints at the same time and i did em through commissioners n they sent them to RCMP ottawa but i never heard anything back from anyone and its been almost 3 months , I was just curious were they suppose to send them back to me or they send them directly to buffalo coz that was what i was told by commissioners at the first place  !!!!! I am confused with ajohal"s post coz he said rcmp ottawa sent him fingerprints back and he forwarded em to buffalo!!!!

It is your option as Commissionaires people tell you if you want the results to be sent to you or you want RCMP to send the results directly to Buffalo. I chose the results to be sent to me first as in this way you have a proof that the results really reached Buffalo, as I sent them by xpresspost, otherwise if RCMP send the results to Buffalo, you never come to know if they really reached or not as they send the results by ordinary mail.

ppr - nov9 (morning)
ecas update to in process from application recieved -nov 9 (evening)
address is back - nov 10

this is the exact email i got from buffalo when they transferred my file to detroit. you should wait maybe two weeks, they might ask you for additional documents....

I have not heard that Buffalo office calling employer but Detroit and New York office did on my friend. Calling to ask whether they are working or not and later on, they ask to provide more documents. and I think it got delayed somehow, my friends' app stuck overthere until now since March, 2011

Hi. Everybody. 
My time line is on left

My ecase update as medical result have been received on  15 sep
Visa office ask for Canada police  fingerprints. On 21 sep
I done my digital fingerprints on 25 oct and. Rcmp send police checks
To visa office on 27. Oct.

Now wAting for ppr
My question is
1.  how I can know that visa office. Receive my Canadian pcc
2.  Did they update on ecase when they recieve


And how many days to get ppr after pcc received

I sent mine to Detroit on Oct 26, received on Oct 31.
