Application received on Oct. 29, 2010.
Medical result have been received (No date on ECAS but it came up like others around the first week of October)
I have not received any email from Buffalo regarding this transfer before and there is no update on ECAS. How is it possible?
sometimes it does happen...correspondence being lost or whatever. it happened to me. my file was transferred to detroit sept 8 and i got an email which states that i have to wait for 90 days before i can check the status. but for reasons beyond my comprehension i sent them an email inquiring about the status on oct 19. i got a reply the next day informing me that they send a request for additional documents sa sept 19, but i never got it. so, i wasted one whole month waiting for nothing....after 2 weeks of sending all the requested docs i emailed them again monday nov. 7. on the nov 8 finally got my ppr..... its ok to email them even if your 90 days waiting period isnt up yet, you just have to be polite and nice in your email....it worked for me and im sure it will work for you too...good luck! |

That is brilliant idea! If you don't need to travel then send the PP to them along with the letter you just received in which they mention your case is in finalization stage. |

YEA EACH CASE HAS DIFFERENT WAY TO DO FROM CIC ..HARD TO UNDERSTAND ,,,BUT DON'T FOLLOW OR BELIEVE IN ECAS ....STATUS ...WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON THERE ...... |
