HI, I have received a mail (post) this afternoon from Buffalo. Asked for additional documents that they need my wife's FBI report from USA. But she was has never been USA in her life, I was and I submitted my FBI report with my application and they didn't ask further.
What should Ido? Please reply.
Is there any faster way to get FBI report?
Thanks [/quote]

If your wife was not in USA at least six months I don't think you will need FBI verification. I was in Canada but my husband wasn't. I was asked to submit my spouse's certified criminal record check from Canada. I informed (e-mail) the visa office that my husband wasn't in Canada for six months and they told me that I don't have to submit the police clearance. Send an e-mail/fax to inform your situation and ask them if you need to submit FBI verification for your wife.

For the Embassy address, refer to the upper right hand corner of this letter. To ensure the timely processing of your application, the document(s) and information we have requested should be provided to us within sixty (60) days from the date of this letter. Failure to provide the information within the time indicated may lead to the refusal of your application. The file number noted above must be included on all correspondence with this office. Please see the back of this letter for instructions on how to obtain one. Please understand that your attention to this request is of vital importance to the application. To ensure the timely processing of your application, the RCMP Clearance we have requested should be provided to us within sixty (60) days from the date of this letter. Failure to comply within the given time frame may lead to the refusal of your application.
