Everyday I wake up and say today is the day, and its not. Its been a year already so dont know. It seems some files are being transferred to other offices. Have you made an enquiry recently? I try to help everyone here and it seems everyone is getting PPR except me  Nope I haven't made any enquiry yet. I'm not due till May but regardless, I have yet to see ANYONE on this forum have any luck with their enquiry unfortunately. I know it's far easier to say than do, but seriously mate, try not to think or worry about it so much. Keep your head up and look at the bright side of life. You're a valuable source of info on here and people appreciate it. You'll get yours soon man and you'll laugh about it this in the future..........well you mightn't laugh but you know what I mean. |

Mine used to say it back in November but then it got removed for reasons unknown. I would bet that people have received PPR without their ecas changing to processing. |

We are on the same boat. my application received - March 02, 2011. still no news. They are pretty backlogged, thats why we are looking at some cases being transferred to other consulates. |

Who told you this? RCMP check is requested on some occasions which is done by providing fingerprints to RCMP. The result is then forwarded from them to CIC. If you haven't provided fingerprints to them before; how would they conduct the extra check they require to do to give you immigration? Moreover, it's always requested in the 'security check' stage which comes after medical and before finalizing the case/PPR. |
