Bro. U have to go to north portal. Border few kilometers ahead from estevan
COz estavan border dont do immigration.  I done my landing on 7  Jan 2012.

why don't you try landing at the Saskatoon office and then let us know. I would definitely love to land inside Canada instead of going to the border or to a different province to getting the landing process complete.

Hey sinp guy
I know a friend she landed in saskatoon buh she had to book an appointment and it took her three weeks to get one though... She landed in september last year!!

Well I think I  have to see local office without appointment then.. and if that doesnt works border... cos wife is coming in 2 weeks.. so i assume I have to land before her.. as a principal applicant

Thinking rationally may be in a month or so!!! I read from some form dat background checks consume alot of tiem specially one is from india, bangladesh or pak as these were d remarks from a retired visa officer!! N it makes sense to me n usually dey run parallel( background nd medicals) so probably dey are working on background checks as of nw!! Buh ya its been almost 4 months since medicals so u nevr noeee.. Anyways gud luck bud n lets jus keep our hopes alive!!

I dont think it has anything to do with Medicals. You are allotted dates when the VO will look at your file again, the BF Date. Its usually 3  months apart but then again depends upon the VO. My GCMS said Oct 17th was the last time they checked my file which is approximately 45 days apart from my AOR. I think my next BF Date is Jan 17th and sim yours should be around the same date as we got AOR around the same time. Interestingly, that is exactly 1 month since my address disappeared from ECAS..

I think we should hear something about our cases within the next 2 weeks!

Hii sinp

I try to contact Saskatoon imMigration office for landing.  But they give me appointment fir 3 weeks later
So that I chosse to land on border.   
I call estavan cbsa border office  they told me only. North portal. Do immigration. 
So I done my landing on 7 Jan 2012

Is there an office at North Portal to do the landing or do you have to go to the border patrol station to land?

I really hope so sharru buh i my ecas updated to medicals received on nov 17 so m nt quite sure wts happening dere!! Nd plus m from india n i know for a fact that it does take a while fr backdround checks for us!! So not sure wt to expect !! I jus dn wanna get my hopes high too soon Lol!!

This is how I would deduce your BF Date.. 3 months from Nov 17 so a month of so I guess. Your address disappeared too so probably your background check is completed I believe, who knows? Best wishes to all ...

Hi
Yea we can land  Saturday , Sunday  on north portal
It's very easy there are cbsa office post. On canadain side
And on other side American border

Whole process take  1 hour
