No problem, as long as we notify them right a way. They arrange quickly with clear info. That's good so I think you will have next week then.

Mahesari:
My passport was recieved at the office at Buffalo embassy today. How long does it usually take to stamp those passports?

Raj:
Please be a little cautious emailing them over-n-over again...I read from the previous posts from Truongan that they make a note of every correspondence you send them, he said that in his GCMS it reflected all. So please wait some more time ...dont email them now......
I can undestand ur curiousity, but just wait for them to reach u.
sam

Hi Sam,

Mine was stamped same day because my relative in toronto took it to buffalo for me.

you will get yours in couple of weeks.

Thanks

thanks TRUONGAN, I got a mail from buffalo (nov 28) requesting my PCC from my home country (philippines), I submitted and they received it last dec 12, 2011. This is what the letter says:
"we have completed the initial assessment of your application, Please submit the requested additional documents, expect no interview when we finalize your application. Failure to submit this within 90 days could mean refusal to your application."
My question is, would this additional docs (PCC which they already received) completes my application and no more delays on processing? how long till PPR?

normally PCC is the last thing they look at before PPR. You must meet eligibility requirements before they proceed further so give them a month or so for the next step.

Buffalo is very speedy these days.

I am not that of a big guy here.. TRUONGAN/SAM are actual big guys here..lol...
coming to your question.. the next line (normally with buffalo, i know u applied to Manila) is change to "IN PROCESS"... I hope now u have "application recieved" and that will change to "in process" and when u click that u can see they add a line " Your application started processing from XXXX".. If you get that line that means ur PPR is near...

Since you applied to manila I would suggest to send a personal message to "Shervin Javier".. He just completed the process in Manila.. So he should know very well about manila processing time..

Hello shinji if ur file gets transferred to Detroit then u have 99% chance to receive call to employer, pay stub and all other u mentioned. Other offices normally don't unless they suspect anything you provided.

Thank you sinpguy, it helps. hope i will get my ppr soon.

No.. ecas wont say anything about whether they send PPR... After change to "IN process" then you have to wait for - it could be a day or upto 1 month  in normal cases..Sometimes you can get few days before the change to "in process".. cos ecas is always behind..
