Tanoshi thanks for your reply . i think i should wait till end of this year.I will email them in jan-2012.

Yeah. In normal standard processing time, they only give you standard reply. After that, they will give you more details on your application. At this stage, I think your application is queuing for final review. After that, they make quick decision and notify you very soon. E-cas somehow delay for sure. I got request PPR and E-cas changed after 2.5 weeks.

I think give them at least 3 weeks to touch/final review your file. Since Catherine got attention your file, VO will make final decision soon.
Buzz them email too much is not good. When email, provide full detail information, ask them nicely. They respond quicker for sure.

Last reminder for those of you who recently got PPR or who will get PPR soon,

I will visit Buffalo in person on January 5th (Thursday) 2012 to get my passport stamped.

I have seen a few cases that passport was lost/stolen, and I don't want to risk it at the very last moment.

I am leaving Vancouver on 4th (in the moring) and coming back on 5th (in the evening).

Since air fare, rental car and shelter cost is adding more than $1000,

I would like to subsidize it by taking you guys' passports with me as well,

and want to get paid $100/passport.

I have working knowledge and very detailed intenary with me, so should you have any question,

please feel free to email me via this website or leave a message here.

Thanks, and I hope you guys understand that I am not doing it to make money at all.

Mahesari:
My passport was recieved at the office at Buffalo embassy today. How long does it usually take to stamp those passports?

Raj:
Please be a little cautious emailing them over-n-over again...I read from the previous posts from Truongan that they make a note of every correspondence you send them, he said that in his GCMS it reflected all. So please wait some more time ...dont email them now......
I can undestand ur curiousity, but just wait for them to reach u.

You are correct and we apologize.  The person who recorded the arrival of the passports failed to record the receipt of the Right of Permanent Residence fees at the same time.
