I agree with that statement. We on this forum would do a better job than them. Like I said earlier, this is a delay tactic that Buffalo employs. |

Guys!
I have emailed general and speific case inquiry both for my case and have appealed them to reverse their decision. I have also send them a scanned copy of my police clearane certificate along with my wife. I also even explained them, that asking for mt police clearance is totally irrelvant cz I have not been to India in past 2 years and my PCC is dated as od dec 2010...
Lets hope they reverse it.

Did you got reply for your inquiry.
I just emailed them like an hour ago with all the scaned copies of my police clearance i submitted them. Now, I will wait until tuesday or wednesday for them to reply... Then I will decide to whether apply for a new PCC or not.. Good thing is that, they have mentioned on the letter that...they are about to finalise my case and the last thing they want is a good conduct certificate LOL. SAM |

Yes, I got a reply.... Your file is under process, we cannot give u a definate time to hen it will be complete... I bet you, the guy who replied to my email didnt even bothered to open up my file, cz if he did...he would have told me that there is a correspondance been sent dated novemebr 1st..... And in the evening I check my mail box home and i got a letter in the post from Buffalo....So I conclude, that they get so many inquiries that they just put the same reply..."in proces...bla bla bla" LOL SAM |
