Soooo many October Applicants got PPR yesterday.
Did you get the visa approval in the email? Do you have any idea of the time they take to send back the passports if the visa is approved? |

They wrote on mail my PR application has been completed. My landing visa has been already issued and there is a firmed expire date on visa(which is by 6 months). If I miss that date, I have to reapply PR. So they request passport within 30 days. Usually passport come back with in 1-3 weeks. |

Hi there,
application sent in November 2010
My medicals were received in July, and today received an email saying they just had my file transferred to Los Angeles.
Does this mean that I will have my application delayed further?
Just wanted to know if this happened to anyone else and if they got PPR soon after this update

Nothing yet! looks like we should start hearing soon. Now, I have the will to be patient enough to wait, my wife got her open work permit today and I no more have the fear of her leaving me LOL.. SO yea. I know its going to come sooner or later....may be in a month or so.. SAM |

Well its upto them to reply. Normally buffalo is pretty good with replies; try sending them an email in the general inquiries rather then case specific inquiries. I never get replies from case specific inquiries. sam |

I'm not sure that "medical results have been received" line means PPR is soon. At least not for CPP-Ottawa applicants. I got it in early October and received nothing. I also followed the forums and don't see anyone from CPP-Ottawa getting PPR. Ecas say my application is in process since the end of August.  btw. I'm under QSW category. |
