Rossei,
Do i send it via Canada xpresspost, and buy a pre-paid xpresspost. On there, do i write write From: Canadian Consulate General/IMM, 401 Ouellette Avenue, P.O. Box 940 Station “A”,
Windsor, ON N9A 6P2 CANADA?

Yes, you follow whatever is written in your PPR.

You are not supposed to fill out "From" section for the passport return envelope. Read your PPR carefully. I'm copying from my PPR for your convenience:

If your address is in Canada, send your passport(s) by Canada Post to:

Canadian Consulate General (RFV)
Immigration Regional Program Centre
P.O. Box 660
Fort Erie, Ontario  L2A 6R6
Canada

If your address is in Canada, we strongly recommend that you supply a return envelope for your passports using Canada Post's premium National Xpresspost service. Do not send us an Xpresspost - USA envelope.  Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we can make arrangements to have your passports mailed from Canada using your return envelope.

Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope (not Xpresspost - USA ) at any Canada Post retail outlet.

Complete the mailing label showing your full mailing address in the “Deliver To” field leaving the “Return Address” field blank. Make a note of the tracking number.

Your passports will usually be returned to you within 15 business days from the day we receive them. This does not include any time it may take for the Post Office to deliver them.

I guess it's NOC code then. Where do you locate? Outside GTA? Like no way to guess what VO do so keep waiting....

My original work location is at Sarnia, ON from where I applied for PNP and then PR. I moved to Downtown-Toronto, ON (work head office) temporarily (for 1 year) in May (before I got my AOR/MR).

Strange how I did my medicals on June 7, 2011 and still waiting for PPR.
My e-CAS says just 2 lines,

1. Application received on October 19,2010
2. Medicals have been received

I guess mine is the slowest case over here :/

Here is mine

FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA:
STANDARD PROCEDURE: The Consulate will return documents to addresses in Canada via U.S. Postal Service First Class
Mail (Regular Mail). No tracking system available. Provide a self-addressed envelope. Please note that regular mail to
Western and Eastern Canada can take up to three weeks for delivery.

CANADA POST XPRESSPOST: If you prefer Canada Post Xpresspost , please enclose with your application a PRE-PAID
Xpresspost envelope. Complete the mailing label on the return envelope showing the Windsor Post Office Box address in the
"FROM" section of the mailing label (Canadian Consulate General/IMM, 401 Ouellette Avenue, P.O. Box 940 Station “A”,
Windsor, ON N9A 6P2 CANADA. Make a note of the tracking number for each envelope.
Please note: If you choose to select this
service, your package will be sent from our P.O.Box in Windsor and will not originate in the USA..

One more question, can i send all 4 passports in 1 envelope?

thank you so much rossi you give me a wonderful information.please what about the landing i do it when im coming back or i do it here in side canada thank you for you help
Yes, you can choose in-person service and go directly to Buffalo office. Try to be there before 7:45am since it lines up quickly after 8/8:30am. I was 3rd in the que for the receptionist to receive all my documents (PPR email, RPRF, Photo & Passports). Arrange them beforehand. I took a seat and waited 3 hours. I was given a token when I submitted my docs and they called everyone by the token#. Anyway, I was called at 11am and handed over my passport with Visa and CoPR by the same receptionist. I was briefed how I should land on the border while going back to Canada.

This is straight copied from my PPR email:
"Passports may be brought in on Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 am. Bring this email when you come. Every effort will be made to have your passports available to be picked up between 1:30 and 3:00 pm the same day."
Hope it helps. Good luck!

Haha after I receive the email from Buffalo Manager I have peacefully been accepting the truth that they are working on Dec/Jan applicants and there is no chance for April guys at this time so I feel at ease now, no more panic, but I still watch this topic everyday  Cheesy
