Medical results are recieved... Moscow

Hello, my wife's case is being processed in Moscow visa office. E-cas says Medical results received... Is this a good sign and what happens next?

as for medical results, i woudnt pay attention to that, mine "Medical results received" appeared and dissapeared couple time on ecas

Application received                       = Feb 14, 2011
Start processing                            = Mar 11, 2011
App approved & forwarded to MICC = Mar 11, 2011
PR App received(Moscow)              = Mar 29, 2011
Medical results received(Moscow)   = No date
 

I will be visiting my wife this coming summer I don't know if she would be able to get her visa until then so we can come together. That would be KOOL ...

oh so you just started the process, you are in for a long wait
moscow is very slow people are waiting 7-8 months
moscow received our application nov 24 but only opened it Feb 1 2011
so once ur file is opened they will assign it a case number and send u a letter(AOR)
WE are applyin for visitors visa now. if she is rejected i will be flying to russia end of may
where about does ur wife live? are you canadian yourself?

 @ Dimorti: Sorry I am logging in after a long time... My wife lives in Tajikistan but her case is being processed in Visa office Moscow. Yes, I am Canadian living in Quebec. I have also got the CSQ it's 20 days now but how do I know if it has reached the visa office? Plus I will be visiting her this June, is it hard to get a visitor visa for my wife? And I have some more proves of relationship, do I send them to Visa Office in Moscow or in case processing centre in Missisauga, Ontario? Thank you in advance and good luck for your wife's case!!!
