medical residency

For your kind attention Mr(s);
My name is josef,am from lebanon,am doctor of general medicine with more than two year of experience,am residing temporary in brazil,am very interested in completing my medical education in canada(medical residency in cardiology)(pos-graduation).What i have to do for that reason?
Note;I speak fluently english,portuges,arabic,have diploma of profession in russian language.beside can read and understand french.
