Medical Required Caips Notes

Hi

I am here again, Have not gotten any response of my question i posted a day before yesterday.

I got my caips note there is section it says MEDICAL CASE DIRECTORY.

My family did not get the Medical Request yet, In spite of that Caips Note showing the name of my all family members. My question is for you all. Can you please help me to understand that this is something for Medical Request from CHC? Because it showing the name of my family members. Does it mean that CHC will send medical to my family?

Oh, Okay - now I understand.  Sorry. 

For Family Class applications (other than Spouse/Common-law partners and dependent children aps) the visa office sends forms to the applicants requesting that they schedule and complete a medical examination.  The Region Specific forms for your area will be more specific about the medical examination procedures.  But I can't really tell, from looking at what you've said is written in CAIPS, whether CHC-Islamabad has sent a medical request to your family members yet or not.  Hopefully someone with more experience than I have with family member immigrations will have more insight. 

You indicated in your other thread that your application has been at CHC-Islamabad since August 2007.  The processing timeline for Islamabad shows that applications for parents (and their dependent children) takes from 10-38 months . . . with the majority being finalized within about 18 months.  However, you said something in your other thread about there having been some issues regarding your brothers and proof that they were still full-time students - so that would have delayed processing somewhat. 

As long as Islamabad has the proper address for your family members, I wouldn't worry about them not having received their medical requests yet  . . . it looks as though it takes quite some time.

OK, so this is the information in the CAIPS now?  Just a list of each family member, but no medical assessment codes yet?  This makes it look like the requests have been sent.

I want you to notice how each entry in the CAIPS notes has a reference date written across the page, under sections of  information.  (So, in other words, the CAIPS notes are sorted by date.)  It will look similiar to this:

Is there a reference date where they added this information about the medicals - because that should give you some indication of when the medical request results were sent.

Yes it is just listing name of my family members. But there is no assessement code ye. We at back home have not received any medical request from CHC-ISB. Even there is no reference date accros the page but file number. AND i can see on top before MEDICAL CASE DIRECTORY
