Hi,
     I applied for Canada Immigration when in USA and gave the mailing address of my relative in USA.I came back to India and now my relative received MR Request and sent it to me.


Can I do medicals in India and send it to USA or do I have to go to USA and do medicals?Please advice.

You can do medicals with any designated medical practitioner around the world. The only thing is that you will need to go back to that same DMP in case your medical is furthered.

I am in similar situation as yours and have done my medical with a DMP in Delhi.DMP sent reports to NDVO for uploading in CAIPS/GCMS which are accesible to Ottawa RMC and Buffalo/NYVO.

Hi I hv a question.What will u do about sending passports to NYVO after they send u a passport request.The reason I am asking u this is bcoz it is illegal to send passports accross the border, we are in the same situation.My kids are in India and are going to undergo their medicals over there and I cant find any way to bring their passports over here.Any suggestions plz advice.

My plan is to fly to NY to get my visa. The option for you could be get your family's passport through some one (friend or relative) travelling from India. There is another option, ask some one to go to Kathmandu and courier passports from there.

If you have a friend or a relative working with an airline which operates between the two countries, he/she can also help. I am working with Jet Airways (corporate marketing) and have this option available for me. I also get free tickets therefore have decided to go to NY myself.

Thats good but unfortunately I do not have anyone working in the airlines.I hv told my parents to check if anyone is comming over here.Lets see.
