Hello All:
How many days since the receipt of the email confirming receipt of application should we expect to receive the AOR by mail and the medical request? I have received the AOR by email on Nov 10 saying that my application was received on April 17 2011.

As for the buffallo case, they normally email both AOR and Meds. together.

I got mine together with AOR. So wait for at most maximum a month and contact whichever office process your application to ensure there's no error in the process.

i submit the fime on 06/10/2011
received the AOR on 05/11/2011
and received medical request on 22nd of november 2011

I am still waiting on my meds request Shocked from Buffalo. I wonder why it was not sent together with the AOR as indicated in Ethels case Sad.
 
Timeline:
Application received at CIC - May 2011
Eligibility final approval -      Sept 2011
AOR from Buffalo recvd(email) - Dec 2011
